Can diet control Crohn’s disease?

No specific diet has been proven to be effective in treating Crohn’s Disease. Some people find that their symptoms are getting worse when consuming milk, alcohol, hot spices or fiber.

Patients are advised to follow a nutritious diet and avoid any foods that seem to worsen symptoms. However, there are no consistent rules.
